Tooltip component
There is no such component as tooltip.

Something similar to old tooltip:

The R2 2018 release just introduced the Tooltip component to the Angular suite! Try it out here:

Can you make this fully responsive. Meaning, if you are clicking on a content that is close to the top of the web page, the tooltip should dynamically show up where there is room. By default one should be able to click inside it and also click on any link as part of the tooltip content.In other words, it should be able to take in html content.

Yes please! This is such a basic UI functionality that I can't believe it's not already implemented in de Angular2+ suite
