Grid column resizing
Same Feature as in Demo of JQuery: http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/column-resizing

Should emit an event with column sizes, so they could be stored in user settings.

This was released as a part of the 1.5.0 release of the Grid component. See this demo as a reference: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/grid/columns/#toc-column-resizing

This seems to work fine in default change detection strategy, but behaves weird in OnPush
