allow selecting themes and languages in MVC update wizard
When installing new version to a solution, all themes and languages are included. I would like to be able to select which themes and languages are included. Also, since most developers are using source control, maybe the option "create backup" could remember the choice made.

Hello,

The VS Extension allows for creating backups:

https://docs.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/getting-started/vs-integration/upgrade-wizard#backup-creation

With the current version, 2021.1.119, only the referenced files in the _Layout.cshtml were updated when using the CDN, however with locally hosted resources, indeed all of the files are downloaded.

I believe it would be a great addition to the VS Extensions to have the option to select the culture, localization and theme for new projects and also for projects subject to upgrades. It will also significantly reduce the time it takes to add/replace these local files.

Once the item gains more popularity, we will log an internal task for it to be delivered by our VSX team.
