Allow shapes to be drawn overs map to select markers
Allow users to draw shapes and select markers on the maps to perform events.

Something like this

It allows us to add markers and let the users select a few markers from the group by drawing a shape.

Thanks for the proposal.

Can you get into some more details about how you want to support shapes drawing and marker selection? Also have you considered using our drawing API (see API ref here: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/drawing/arc) for creating shapes?
