Ability to to add images or apply custom styles to chart notes
Extend the chart notes functionality to accept an image or any styled element, or a new type of data annotation where an element can 
be placed on the chart at a specific X and Y value

You can customize the look of notes either with their visual function or by using a web font icon as demonstrated in this forum post:
