"Tag-input"-plugin
I would love to see this happen in the next release! The hacks out there work, but we're still forced to use the Select2 library to do this well. We want to use Kendo for the whole project.

This is the same feature discussed in here: http://kendoui-feedback.telerik.com/forums/127393-kendo-ui-feedback/suggestions/4545733-multiselect-new-items

FWIW, this is the only reason why I still use jQueryUI, because all the plugins I find for tag input use the jQueryUI autocomplete plugin. I'd also like to see such an element in KendoUI.

Here are some examples:

It would be nice if multiselect could take an option, that could make it allow new items.

I would like to request a plugin that is similar to the one used for tags at stackoverflow.com. The ability in a textbox to enter, for example, a list of emailaddresses, or domainnames, and they create a tag after you press space and/or enter. The multiselect, as I can see, doesnt allow to enter "new items" that doesnt exists in list.
