Define by Settings or via API Calls to enable or disable 
any Cell or Cell functions like Context Menu.

It should also be possible to set entire columns or rows to "disabled"/"locked" or "enabled"/"unlocked".

Would this carry through as locking or disabling a cell on export? If so, definitely would love to see this.
