Allow labels to be applied to plotbands
As they are, plotbands are meaningless. There should be a facility to attach a permanent label or at least a tooltip to the plotband areas.

Hello everyone!

To build on top of the workaround we previously have provided, with R3 2020 we officially introduced the label property to Plot Bands! Here is the API reference that showcases how you can utilize this new configuration option.
