Fix the date header in Timeline Month view
So that the dates are still visible when a user scrolls down through the resources.

Hi,

The date header with vertical resource grouping is with fixed position: https://dojo.telerik.com/@iankodj/ErapAqaq. 

If the setup is different from the above please do let us know.
