  1. Scheduler: Include support of Windows Timezone

In Desktop and Mobile version, Kendo Scheduler is displaying Date and Time based on TimeZone of Client's Browser. We are binding the Data in Kendo Scheduler and the UI will be rendered based on the TimeZone of client's Browser.
Upon further investigation I found out the property 'timezone' which needs to set to neglect client's Browser Timezone. The 'timezone' property is taking values of IANA Timezone and which is referred internally to kendo.timezones.min.js. We need to implement the Timezone as Windows TimeZone.

    • ListView to have endless scrolling in reverse

The listview endless scrolling is a neat feature but it will be good if we could configure it to be in reverse. We are building chat system in our app and want to have the endless scrolling widget but need it to scroll in reverse.

        • Infinite Mobile ScrollView

What control would I use for an 'Infinite' data scroller?

Where you have a horizontal div that is loaded initially with 4 divs, 2 of which are viewable in Portrait mode and more in landscape mode, but when you pull from the right, flicking to the left to get more content an ajax call get more.

This example is common on Amazon product pages of related products, but there you have to tap on the right cheveron/arrow to fetch more, where as a smoother approach is to load more into the non-visible part.

I have only seen examples so far…

          • ability to add generic events to all the views

If we need to run some code in all of views, there is no way to do it besides add the call to each and every view in the project. In a large scale project that might have 100 views in many seperate folders and sub folders - this become a nightmare.

You should add the ability to add a generic event to all the views (kind of a "base class" for view) or by implementing the attached event via the application definition [var app = new kendo.mobile.Application()...]

            Thanks,
            ilan.

            • Make the html date and time controls match the skins for the native look. This way a form built with other controls

Make the html date and time controls match the skins for the native Kendo UI look. This way a form built with Kendo UI will look pleasant across a mixture of html and Keno UI controls. In some cases it would be better to have the mobile style "scroll" to enter dates and times but the look is off putting.

              • Control the speed of the "data-transition" effects

I sense the speed of this effect is not as fast as androidMDL and ios slide/overlay effects. We could be able to make it master or slower depending on our needs.

                • Add data-model attribute to the mobile ActionSheet

Currently the actions in an ActionSheet can only execute functions defined in the global space as stated in the documentation here: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/mobile/actionsheet#executing-actions

"The callback can be either a function, or a method of a JavaScript object in the global scope."

I want to be able to specify a data-model attribute so that the callback for my actions can be functions defined in a kendo observable (more specifically the kendo observable used by my view).

This functionality would be similar to how data-model attributes work with modal views.

As it is I don't want to be defining functions in the global…

                  • Allow the listview to be oriented from bottom to top instead of top to bottom

I'm writing a application and would love to have 'pull to refresh' activated when the user swipes up instead of down. In addition, endless scrolling would work when swiping down instead of up. Basically the reverse of how the listview works right now.

I see this request often and users end up implementing their own solution.

                    • Make Drawer work in Intel XDK emulator

The Drawer widget doesn't work in Intel XDK emulator. It works fine on the device using Intel App Preview, but not being able to select an item from the drawer in the emulator kinda is a show-stopper for navigating the app.

                      • Add an indicator on the Mobile Listview that there are more records below/above

There are times when it is not obvious that the Listview contains more records than are displayed. It would be nice to have an optional indicator that there are more records above or below the current scrolled view. Another option is to keep the scrollbar turned on.

                        • RTL support for Mobile widgets

Wondering why there still no feature request open about this, but here we go.

Add RTL support for mobile widgets. RTL it currently supported throughout Kendo UI Web, but not in Kendo Mobile.
Mobile Drawer should slide from the right, Mobile ListView currently has issues etc.

Implement an option to preload some data for mobile list view in endless mode. This would increase UI time because there is allready data defined in HTML to view, the user must not wait for a datasource to load

We reaally need to use the overlay animation, our client is driving us nuts with it. They are showing us the examples in Jquery mobile panel (http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.3.0/docs/widgets/panels/) and asking us why we are using Kendo if we cant deliver this animations.

Please help us voting for this animatiosn.

                                • add Accessibility (ARIA) to Kendo UI Mobile.

Kendo UI has accessibility built into it. I do not know why you do not have it for Kendo UI Mobile. Accessibility is still needed on mobile apps. I know Android does not handle it will, but iPhones do using VoiceOver.

                                  • I think in Kendo Mobile it would be nice to have the ability to remove the inbuilt CSS for individual widgets.

We have come across problems where on ann individual vie wit would be good to strip out all the CSS styling on a listview. To do this presently is very difficult to find what styles are applied and when we do remove them it causes problems else where.
Ideally it would be nice just to have a attribute on the widget which tells the widget not to use the in built styling.

                                      • Add styling for grid and chart to be used in a mobile app

The grid and chart can be used in mobile apps and seem to work properly. (See http://kendoui-feedback.telerik.com/forums/127393-telerik-kendo-ui-feedback/suggestions/4522456-touch-grid-for-tablets-that-has-as-many-features-a for the suggestion that they do work).

However, they don't adapt to the mobile appearance like the dedicated mobile widgets, which makes them hard to use in cross-platform mobile applications.

                                          Thanks for the suggestion, John.

Can you elaborate more on how you imagine the adaptive per mobile platform rendering for the grid and chart widgets? Thus we’ll be able to understand and evaluate your request better.

                                        • Support for native scrolling on drawers and the ability to choose which views use native scrolling and which do not

When setting the 'useNativeScrolling' to true in 'app.js', the rendering of a drawer is effected. Additionally, trying to scroll on the drawer actually scrolls the view (which will be partially off the screen).

Some views will not need native scrolling so it would be beneficial to have the option to choose which views use native scrolling and which do not.

I am aware there is the data-use-native-scrolling attribute but this seems to have the same problem as 'useNavtiveScrolling' in 'app.js'.
